project RUNWAY S10 Rewind Recap (April 25, 2014 - West Coast Pinoy American Diva Warning; In Effect)

Last Time I Did a Recap for Season 10 of project RUNWAY over at my old home and now we're at a new home it's Pinoy-American Freestyle Fever in 2 Parts with a designer free edition in the Final Part but first there will be a challenge for the Radio City Rockettes!

CHALLENGE #10: Design a dress for The Radio City Rockettes. Only the winning one will be worn by them.
mood Budget of the Week (half-hour, I assume): $250

IMPORTANT NOTES: Elena WENT OVER by nearly $150. But because all of the designers were struggling early on in this challenge, Tim sent them back to mood & gave them 15 min. more to shop there w/ a $100 budget.
